WHY IS PART OF MY ORDER MISSING?
We have multiple shipping facilities and your order may have been split due to inventory constraints. Please check if you received more than one tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. WHY WAS MY ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER?

OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All items shipped from TechShopi store can be returned within 45 days after delivery (meaning when you received your order). Further details to your case can be found below. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
If you would like to start a return or exchange request of your non-defective unused item(s), please follow the steps below.
RETURN REQUEST
You can start a return request by logging in to your Online Account 👤, or creating a new one using the same email used for your purchase, after that, select the item(s) you would like to return.
NOTE:
In general, a customer may be able to initiate a return for an order after the order status has been updated to "Delivered". It is possible that it may take between 7 to 14 days for the Return System to sync after the order status has been updated to "Delivered" depending on the shipping method and the location of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you via email notification after your refund has been processed and issued successfully.
After your refund has been processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

How soon will I get my refund?

ORDER CANCELLATION
